We host a handful of Pop-Up Events at BAIE Wines each year. Because we are not open to the public all that often, when we do throw open the doors – people come in droves! They know we throw a good party… and the view, food and wine is always exceptional.

Join us for a beautiful night of food and wine at Azzurra Trattoria with Chef Paula, Riccardo and team creating a truly memorable evening brining you an authentic Italian experience with some beautiful BAIE Wines to accompany.
The five-couse menu will consist of multiple dishes per course, these will be served as big dishes in the middle of the long communal tables for our guests to serve and share amongst one another like a big Italian family dinner.
Each delicious course will be matched with one of our four BAIE Wines and Simone, Nadine and Family will be there to talk with you about their family, vineyard and wines.
1st Course – BAIE Sauvignon Blanc
Antipasto Della Casa; antipasto board consisting of house made marinated vegetabls, imported cured meats, local & imported cheese – Ammuffiti Boconcini – small mouthfuls of crumbed mozzarella.
2nd Course – BAIE Pinot Gris
Cozze Nella Baia; fresh Portarlington mussels, BAIE Pinot Gris, cracked petter, fresh herbs – Insalata Della Casa – rocket, pear, parmesan, pine nut.
3rd Course – BAIE Rosé
Riccotta Gnocci; hand rolled riccotta gnocchi, house napoli, spinach – Funghi Al Forno -portabello mushrooms, scarmozza cheese.
4th Course – BAIE Shiraz
Spezzatino di Manzo; slow cooked beef stew with potatoes – Polppette Calabrese – handmade calabrian meatballs.
Cannoli – handmade pastry filled with Italian custard – Affogato – vanilla bean ice cream, fresh espresso, fratello hazelnut liquor.
