Twenty years ago, BAIE began with a simple belief: that great wine has the power to bring people together.
What started as a small wine business has become something much bigger than wine alone. Today, BAIE is a proudly female-led business built on connection, community, craftsmanship and the belief that life’s most meaningful moments happen around a shared table.
Nadine Kuc never set out to build just another wine brand. From the beginning, her focus was on creating experiences that made people feel welcome, valued and part of something bigger than themselves.
Over the past two decades, BAIE has evolved alongside Nadine’s own journey through business, family, leadership and personal growth. Through every season, the values have remained the same: authenticity, generosity, innovation, hospitality and genuine human connection.
Those values have shaped everything BAIE has become. They can be found in the wines we produce, the experiences we create, the partnerships we choose and the community we continue to build — in our commitment to quality, our support of women, our willingness to challenge convention and our belief that hospitality is not simply service, but making people feel seen, cared for and remembered.
As one of the few female-owned and run wine brands in the region, BAIE has always approached wine differently. We believe wine should feel inclusive rather than intimidating. We believe luxury should feel warm rather than exclusive. We believe memorable experiences are built on people, not prestige.
Under Nadine’s leadership, BAIE has continued to evolve beyond traditional wine — from innovative projects such as LUME and Fix Her Crown, to collaborations that celebrate local makers, artists and communities. At its heart, however, the mission remains unchanged: to create products and experiences that help people gather more often, celebrate more intentionally and connect more deeply with the people around them.
