This delicate 100% Shiraz Rosé balances light and crisp strawberry flavours in the mid palate with a dry and savoury finish. The Shiraz grapes are hand picked and cold soaked on skins until the desired colour hue is achieved. The grapes are then pressed and the free run juice is fermented in stainless tanks using wild yeast to ensure ideal flavour and texture are achieved. A carefully structured Rosé with rose petal, red fruit and a touch of turkish delight - the 2023 varietal is a Rosé lovers go-to wine.
